French Toast

I absolutely LOVE french toast - it is so easy to make, and so yummy!!! :) I make this recipe in 5 minutes before my family eats breakfast together, and it is always a treat! Can easily be made with gluten free or dairy free bread too :).

Ingredients: 
Ordinary toast bread
Eggs

Method: 
1. Put the toast in the toaster and toast lightly (for 30 seconds or so).
2. Crack open one egg per slice of toast and beat with a fork in a large, flattish bowl.
3. Dip each slice of toast in the egg,
coating both sides of the slice. (Sorry,
it looks gross, I know!! :P) 

4. Put each slice of toast in a buttered,
pre-heated frying pan, till the first side
is golden, then flip. 

5. Remove from pan before it gets too
brown.

6. Serve with maple syrup or another
spread. Enjoy!!! :)
